Lethrinops altus is my best guess for
this species. Although a little less deep bodied and with less
beaklike premaxillae than the holotype of L. altus, this
specimen is also quite a lot smaller than the holotype so
these allometric differences are to be expected. Dr. George Turner
opines that this photo "looks like an Aulonocara to me"
