Alticorpus macrocleithrum, the holotype (an adult male 122 mm SL, USNM 268475) from Cape Maclear, Malawi, in 75 m depth. The profile of the chest is unique and permits unambiguous identification of this species. Drawing from Stauffer & McKaye (1985).
